The services provided by Online TechDesk are a premium service. Payment is required prior to sessions being started or services delivered.

Sessions with a technician are provided based upon technician availability in a "first come, first served basis". If a technician is unavailable, you may need try again at a later time. (appointments are not accepted for pay-as-you-go plans) 

Technicians can be alerted for "On Call" events provided payments is made in full.  (See the "Support Prices" page for more details regarding "On Call" programs)
