If you require a faster response time (within under 6 hours), you can purchase an "On Call" session to signal a technician to become available faster!

Great for when you are frequently needing assistance with your PC's each month, but don't require a full year of help.
The Monthly Plan is only $150 per month and includes up to 3 hours of support per month for any of your desktops or laptops! (additional time is billed at $60 per hour) (** see below for details)
No Contracts! - You can cancel at anytime!
Priority seating is provided to Monthly Plan holders over Pay-As-You-Go plan members
