We now have a new Gmail side bar link that lets you connect right to use using your Gmail account!
To get the sidebar option, install this Gadget: http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/102461019376076409877/gmailotd.xml
Don't know how? Let us do it for you!
Tokens or a monthly or annual plan are still required, but at least we make connecting to us easier than pie!

OTD now has Unattended Session ability. What this means is that you can authorize us to work on your PC even when you are not in front of it!
In a hurry but we are already tied up - No Problem!
Need service but you were not first in line? - No Problem!
What to do:
- Start a session- Wait for a technician to pick up (it can be a few minutes sometimes, so patience is still required) - When the tech gives you the wait time, you can select to do an unattended session.
- Give access for the day, or for a few days span! It's up to you!
Now we can fix your PC even if you have to run out for lunch, a meeting, to get the kids, etc! |
