We do this intentionally because we have work to do - helping you and others just like you in the same sticky situation!
* Imagine if we had to answer calls while we were assisting you? That takes away from you
* Imagine if we are already busy and a secretary had to interrupt us to talk to someone else? That takes away from you too
We do not have a secretary, because we know, as well as you, that you would call all day long trying to get someone on the phone.
Secretaries are not technicians, and they rarely have the answers you need, plus they cost money. For what we do, a secretary would not be busy enough to justify a full time position. We also are trying to keep our costs affordable for you, and hiring a secretary to take your calls, only to tell you that you need to work with a technician, would only make it more expensive for you. If we need to speak with you, we will contact you.
So, like it or love it, we do this so we can focus better at what we do - - Fixing PC's and being the Absolute Best!
And same rules apply for emails. We don't need to spend our valuable time answering incomplete email sentences and emails that contain non-sense rambling to figure out what the real message you are trying to tell us is (laugh or cry, you know it's true, and you've probably done it before.)
Once we connect to your PC, we can figure it out just by seeing the problem.

We do not want to be your friend, we don't need your life story, and we are not joining your Facebook. All we want to do is fix PC's.
