Pay-As-You-Go

 Pay-As-You-Go  $15 per 15 Minutes*
Great for when you are having technical issues, but just can't handle things yourself this time.
Our Pay-As-You-Go plan is just $15 for a 15 minute block!
Payment required at minimum 4 hours in advance (*see below for details)

While Pay As You Go plan does not entitle you to immediate access to a technician, you will typically get technical assistance after 4 hours and 99% of the time before 4 business days!

If you require a faster response time (within under 6 hours), you can purchase an "On Call" session to signal a technician to become available faster!

Get the Monthly Plan

 Monthly Plan  $150 per month  
Great for when you are frequently needing assistance with your PC's each month, but don't require a full year of help. 

The Monthly Plan is only $150 per month and includes up to 3 hours of support per month for any of your desktops or laptops! (additional time is billed at $60 per hour) (** see below for details)
No Contracts! - You can cancel at anytime! 

Priority seating is provided to Monthly Plan holders over Pay-As-You-Go plan members

 Annual Plan   $2,500 per year  
(with rollover minutes)

 Not sure "when" you will need it? ...
But you know "that" you will need it?

The Annual Plan includes rollover minutes for just $2,500 per year and includes up to 36 hours of support per year for your desktops, laptops and severs. (additional time is billed at $60/hour)

Priority seating is provided to Annual Plan Holders over Monthly Plan holders

We also have "On-call Service" for an additional Fee: 

"On-call" support is used for ALL plans if you need more faster assistance

DURING Normal Business Hours: $150 plus $60 Minimum Session Costs*
(Use the Pay-as-you-go box above and select the appropriate option)
Technicians will make reasonable attempts to be available within 6 hours, or the transaction will cancelled and refunded.


AFTER Normal Business Hours: $300 plus $60 Minimum Session Costs*
(Use the Pay-as-you-go box above and select the appropriate option)
Technicians will make reasonable attempts to be available within 6-12 hours, or the transaction will be cancelled and refunded.


DISCLAIMERS AND NOTICES FOR ON-CALL SERVICE
^ Billing is in increments of 15 minutes. Fractional time use is rounded up to the next 15 minute increment.
*    If you are not on a monthly or annual plan, a minimum of one (1) hour is billed required regardless of time spent on call.
*   If you are on a monthly plan, and your account is paid current, up to $60 may be refunded after month-to-date session hours are calculated. Cancellations are for future months only. Mid month cancellation does does not warrant refund
*  If you are on an annual plan, up to $60 may be refunded, after year-to-date session hours are calculated. 

 


*How Pay-As-You-Go Billing Works:

  1. Your credit card will be billed for 60 minutes of time and cost before the session begins.
  2. The Technician will work on your PC and assist you with your issue.
  3. After the session ends or is terminated, the time is calculated by using the time recorded by the session counter rounded up to the next 15 minute increment.
  4. Your credit card will be credited for the unused time used based at the rate published above.
  5. Minimum charge amount is $15 regardless of call duration
  6. If session goes beyond the 60 minute pre-charged allotment, the technician will inform you if added billing is required.

We strongly suggest PayPal as the method of payment. 
A credit card may be provided to your technician at the beginning of the support session in lieu of using PayPal for an additional $15 administrative fee
